TECHNICAL FLOORINGS

Wide range of technical floorings with varying composition, thickness and characteristics. The choice will depend on the irregularities of the surface, level of chemical/mechanical resistance it needs to sustain (planned use) and the aesthetic requirements of each project.

PAINTS

Universal solution for the protection of concrete surfaces, based on the application of a protective epoxy, polyurethane or methacrylate coating.

Producing a coloured, waterproof and easy to clean surface which is resistant to abrasion and mechanical pressure.

  • WATER-BASED
  • 100% SOLID

CONTINUOUS RESIN FLOORINGS

Normally prepared using epoxy resins. Multiple combination of resin layers, applied in stages, combined with aggregate of natural quartz/coloured or decorative (primer, smoothing coat, base coat, sealant coat, finish coat) and corresponding treatment between them.

A technique widely used in decorative floorings using colour aggregates for saturation and transparent sealing.

  • SINGLE COATS
  • MULTI COATS
  • SELF LEVELING
  • URBAN SLURRYS
  • SPORTS SLURRYS

DRY MORTAR FLOORINGS:

Normally produced using epoxy resins. Preparing resin mortars loaded to saturation with dry aggregates of various gradings in ratios of 1:5 – 1:10. Spread continuously in mortars which are applied in thicknesses of 5 – 15 mm, providing continuous decorative flooring with high mechanical resistance.

Habitually installed in areas of heavy and intense traffic, with a slightly rugged finish.

SELF LEVELING FLOORING:

Can be made up of epoxy or polyurethane resins. The richest system in resin content, which is mixed with dry aggregates of various gradings in ratios of  1:0.5 – 1:1 and applied on the concrete surface, with a notched trowel, to produce a thickness of approximately 2-3 mm, with a smooth, easy to clean finish,  chemically and mechanically resistant.
